South Washington County District 833 is regarded as the "traditional" Woodbury district, this district covers most of Woodbury as well as Cottage Grove, St. Paul Park, and Newport.

Stillwater Area District 834 serves the northern and eastern edge of Woodbury. This district covers a large land mass from Marine on the St. Croix, through Stillwater, all the way south to Afton. The district includes Lake Elmo and goes almost as far west as Interstate 694.
